*All images only showcase the kigurumi. Other parts such as fursuit heads, paws, and/or feet are not offered by me.

When you buy any of my artwork, you acknowledge that you've reviewed and accepted the terms listed here. If there's any breach of these terms, I reserve the authority to cancel the commission and retain any payments made. Additionally, I hold the right to adjust, modify, or recolor previous sketches in future commissions. Under no circumstances may my artwork or commissions be used for NFTs.

Payment

Booking Process: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a slot. Payment plans of up to 3 months are available, and the terms must be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.
Payment Methods: I can only accept Paypal via Goods & Services method. Make sure it is paid in USD.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Not started: Full refund minus nonrefundable deposit.
- If a commission is canceled, refunds will be issued minus the cost of materials and any work completed.

Deliverables & Turnaround Time

Deliverables:
- You will receive a fully designed and tailored to your provided character reference made with high-quality materials appropriate for durability and comfort.
- If a kigurumi friend reference sheet is not provided, I will create one. Additional chargers may incur.
- Care instructions will be included
- Warranty: small repairs for defects or minor damages within 60 days of delivery (shipping costs handled by the client).
- If changes are made to the character design after production begins, additional charges may apply, and delivery may be delayed. Significant design changes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.Turnaround Time: Can take upwards of 1 year from the start of production
- Factors influencing turnaround include complexity or unforeseen personal or supply chain delays (client will be notified)
- Commissions requiring a shorter timeframe can be completed with a flat-rate rush fee of $80. At least 3 weeks’ notice is required for rush service.Delivery:
- Shipping is no included in your quoted price and will be arranged once the kigurumi is completed. Tracking information will be provided.
- While I aim to meet all agreed deadlines, unexpected delays may occur. Clients will be kept informed throughout the process.

Image Usage & Copyright

Copyright: All images produced by the artist are the property of Vencrypt Creations and are protected by copyright law. The Client is to use the images for personal use only.Copyright Policy: I do not accept commissions of stolen or copyrighted characters unless you can provide proof of ownership or the creator's explicit permission.Rights: By commissioning a kigurumi, you acknowledge that I retain the rights to the character depiction in the final product and any images of the product for portfolio or promotional use.Social Media and Website Use: The Client may share the kigurumi on social media and personal websites, provided that credit is given to Vencrypt Creations.
- Do not claim that the kigurumi was made by yourself or another artist.Code of Conduct: The kigurumi is not to be used in any context promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harmful ideologies.
- I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate commissions if I suspect the design or client intent involves hate speech or other intolerant behavior.Cryptocurrencies & AI Art Usage: My artwork, commissions, or any derivative works are strictly prohibited from being used in any form of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and any form of AI training, AI generation, or any related machine-learning technologies.

Additional Information

Allergy Notice: Please note that my workspace includes cats, reptiles, and fish. While every effort is made to keep the products clean, I cannot guarantee they will be allergen-free.Safety Disclaimer: Client agree to assume all risks associated with wearing the product and accept full responsibility for their safe use. I am not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the product.

Final Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

Changes to Agreement: I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms before the commission is started.Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline any commission at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, disrespectful behavior, or non-compliance with these terms.Acceptance: By commissioning Vencrypt Creations, you acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. Please ensure that all details are confirmed prior to the session to avoid any misunderstandings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Not started: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- Initial sketch stage: Partial refund (e.g., 75% of payment returned).
- Line art stage: Partial refund (e.g., 50% of payment returned).

Deliverables & Turnaround Time

Deliverables:
- You will receive a sketch for review, where you can request fixes, changes, removals, or additions.
- Any missing details from your order form will be fixed for free.
- I am not responsible for issues due to incomplete or missing information from the client.Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for delivery of the final image(s) is 1-3 weeks after the initial sketch. I will make reasonable efforts to meet this deadline but do not guarantee it. Please let me know if there is a deadline required.

Image Usage & Copyright

The Client is to use the images for personal use only.Commercial Use: The Client may not use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist. Additional fees may apply for commercial usage rights.Social Media and Website Use: The Client may share the images on social media and personal websites, provided that credit is given to Vencrypt Creations and the images are not altered or edited in any way.Cryptocurrencies & AI Art Usage: My artwork, commissions, or any derivative works are strictly prohibited from being used in any form of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and any form of AI training, AI generation, or any related machine-learning technologies.
